工作内容:
1、负责公司海外投标项目报价，投资项目收益测算和分析工作，包括成本测算和分析，投标文件商务部分编制；以及项目实施过程中的成本控制等工作。2、负责海外事业部本地商务人员管理工作，统筹协调海外事业部本地员工工作和绩效考核，为海外市场团队提供及时的商务报价和方案支持工作；3、协助海外项目材料和工程分包招标评审; 4、负责公司海外项目各类合同文件的归档管理，跟踪分析合同执行情况，审核相关商务条款；5、负责项目工程款支付审核，结算管理等工作；1. Responsible for commercial quotation of international bidding project , economic analysis of investment project, including cost calculation and analysis, preparation of the commercial document of tender; and cost control during project implementation. 2. Responsible for management, coordinate and evaluate the performance of local commercial staff in the overseas office, and provide timely commercial quotations and program support for the overseas market team;3. 任职要求：
1、建筑工程、造价、预算等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；2、英语能作为工作语言熟练运用；3、具有5年及以上工作经验，3年以上水电、火电、新能源等电力能源、交通、市政建设领域的国际商务报价、合同管理经验；4、熟练掌握FIDIC合同条款，并熟练起草和编制国际工程EPC合同，熟练使用工程概预算软件；5、具备良好的商务谈判能力；1.Bachelor degree or above in construction engineering, cost, budget and other related majors, and more than 5 years of relevant work experience; 2. Master English language and be able to use it proficiently as a working language; 3. With 5 years or more of work experience, 3 years or more of international business quotation and contract management experience in renewable energy, transportation, and municipal constructionfields;4. Proficiency in FIDIC contract terms, and proficient in drafting and preparing international engineering EPC contracts, and proficient in the use of engineering budget software; 5. Have good business negotiation skills.
